Advice Report on Development Employee Listening for Academic University
Advised Erasmus University Rotterdam on the development of Employee Listening. By diagnosing the needs of the organization with qualitative research an advice was formulated to set up Employee Listening. In this way, the organization is set up to create a solid process for gathering feedback from employees and acting accordingly. As a result, the organization is enabled to create and sustain a Great Place to Work for its people.
Development of Data Driven Strategy Course for University of Applied Sciences
At a Dutch University of Applied Sciences I co-created the course Data Driven Strategy for the curriculum Human Resources. Included in the content is theoretical information regarding People Analytics and Employee Listening. Furthermore, practical use cases and learning material are included to set up students for being succesfull in using data & analytics in HR. Setting them up to create more human work experiences at their (future) employers.
